Yoga Testimonials"1 1/2 years ago when i went to my ortho guy for what was to become my last appointment with him, i told him that i had a sore lower back. He took a picture and said that it was because i was developing some arthritis in the little bone processes that stick out of the side of the lower back vertebrae. He sent me to my physical therapist who gave me a bunch of exercises that gave me temp relief. she also said that i had a relatively flat lower back. Since i have been practicing Yoga that problem has all but been eliminated. I am more aware of posture especially during the 2 1/2 drive to Door Co. and of spinal curvature and flexibility....
